Advice – Keep Your Sights on Nutrition

Did you know that I’m on a seafood diet? When I SEE FOOD, I eat it! Jokes aside, as

I get older, I realize the food I eat is really important and these days I’ve been focusing

on my vision. Did you know that foods like broccoli, salmon, and tuna are excellent

for promoting healthy vision. Don’t forget about orange fruits such as mangoes and

papayas—they’re not only delicious but also super for boosting your immune system

and keeping your eyes shining bright. Plus, Omega-3 oils found in cod and flaxseeds

do wonders for maintaining crystal-clear eyes. Ooh—I think I see some food!

Seafood! Time to get back on my diet~
