Best interview questions ever. I got two. They’re like truth serum. First up, when I

call your last employer and ask them what you need to work on the most, what will

they tell me? Oftentimes they will say, “Well, shoot, I have to tell you before my

employer does that.” Almost always, they will own up to it. Number two, what's one

thing that you hated about your last job? They may give you a vanilla answer, but you

keep asking and they will eventually start spilling over and oftentimes you will get a

lot of red flags. A resume doesn't really tell you who somebody is, but the right process

does. And the right hires, that equals more money, less losers on your team.
